Privacy notice

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This notice describes the English US GO information pages. The GO player is a separate service at go.jeschua.tv; consult its current privacy notice before using player features, device synchronization or external video playback.

1. Who is responsible

Peter Leicht, trading as Jeschua.TV, Spitzwegstr. 12, 84453 Mühldorf am Inn, Germany, is the controller for personal data processed through these information pages and enquiries. Contact: info@jeschua.tv; privacy requests: support@jeschua.tv.

2. Visiting these pages

Serving and protecting this website requires technical request data such as your IP address, request time, requested address, browser information and error or security information. Hosting is provided through Lovable Cloud and network infrastructure including Cloudflare. Processing supports delivery, reliability and misuse prevention.

Where the GDPR applies, our basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). These US information pages do not add advertising pixels, a contact-upload feature or an automatically loaded social-media/video embed. Local fonts and website images are served with the site. Necessary technical storage may be used by the hosting infrastructure.

3. Sharing and external links

Sharing buttons prepare a GO link. They do not import a Facebook friends list or your address book. Clicking WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, SMS or Messenger transfers you to the service you choose or opens your device’s sharing menu. The chosen app handles your recipients and message under its own terms.

The copy-link button places the public GO address on your clipboard. The native share menu receives the link and its short accompanying text only when you request sharing. Facebook and other platforms may receive your IP address, account and device information after you open their services. We do not control that processing.

4. GO player features

The player’s personal selections, short codes, activity counters, church view and optional device-sync features are described by the player’s own current notice. A short code or an activity count should not be assumed to be completely anonymous if it can be connected to a device or a person.

Religious preferences and pastoral information may be particularly sensitive. Do not send confidential pastoral details, prayer requests or another person’s religious information in a church-profile enquiry or public field. Watching and sharing should remain voluntary.

5. Enquiries and church profiles

If you email us, we process your address, message and any church/contact details you provide to answer the enquiry and, if applicable, prepare or administer an agreement. Legal bases where applicable are steps requested before a contract or its performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests for organizational enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)) and legal retention duties (Article 6(1)(c)).

Your mail provider and our email-service infrastructure process the message. A later payment may involve Stripe or another agreed payment provider; the written offer and associated payment notice will identify the process before you pay. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter.

6. Retention and international processing

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, unless an agreement, dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. Contract and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Technical logs are subject to the relevant infrastructure provider’s retention and security settings; we do not promise an unverified fixed deletion period.

Providers may process data in Germany, elsewhere in the European Economic Area or in third countries, including the United States. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, transfers require a valid legal mechanism, such as a relevant adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not promise US-only or EU-only processing. Contact us for the applicable recipient and transfer information relevant to your request.

7. Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent, if obtained for a particular feature, may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a competent authority; for our German establishment this includes the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).

US state-law rights depend on the law’s scope and whether it applies to this provider. You can send access, correction or deletion requests to support@jeschua.tv without us claiming a statutory status we have not established. We may need proportionate verification before releasing personal data. No advertising-sale or cross-context behavioral-advertising feature is added by these US pages.

8. Children and changes

This site is intended for adults and church representatives, not to collect children’s personal data. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal data should contact support@jeschua.tv. External video and messaging providers have their own age requirements.

We will update this notice when the US offer or its data processing changes. The current notice remains available from the footer.
